| 摘 要： | 大学生素质拓展活动教育以"获得直接经验、发展独特个性和拓展自身素质"为核心理念。大学生素质拓展活动教育体系包括目标体系、内容体系和组织体系。目标体系主要是培养创新能力、合作能力、审美能力、实践能力、学习能力和创业能力等,内容体系有学术科技、文明道德、文化艺术、社会实践、个性发展、就业创业等活动教育,组织体系有操作管理机制、激励监督机制、全面认证机制等。
