| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了西方三种地区经济增长理论,即新古典理论、经济开放理论和累积因果理论.综合以上三种理论,结合世界各国发展经验,指出一国相对落后地区经济发展,有赖于这一地区市场经济的发展和开放的程度、技术的不断创新以及政府的合理引导.并从市场竞争、市场开放、技术创新和政府干预四个方面,论述了我国中西部地区经济发展及其对策.

| Abstract: | The thesis has introduced respectively three western theories of regional economic growth:the neo classical theory,the economy open theory and the cumulative cause and effect theory.In the light of theories and experiences of economic development in all countries,it proposes that the economic development of comparatively backward regions in a country relies on market competitions,market openness level,technological innovations and government guidance.And from these four aspects ,the author has discussed how to develop economies in the middle western areas in China. |
