我国农村幼儿园园长专业素质现状调查

摘    要:为了解我国农村幼儿园园长的专业素质水平现状,找出农村园长亟需提升与改进的关键问题,采用自编的《幼儿园园长专业素质调查问卷》对全国386名农村园长进行调查,发现我国农村园长的专业素质目前存在以下问题:农村园长的学历基本达标、专业背景状况良好、任职前的幼儿园工作经验不足以及培训层次有待提高;农村园长专业素质在不同维度上的发展不均衡,在“优化内部管理”维度得分最高,在“规划幼儿园发展”维度得分最低;中、西部地区农村园长的专业素质显著低于东部地区农村园长的专业素质。最后,针对存在的问题,提出五项提升农村园长专业素质的建议。

Investigation on the Current Situation of Professional Quality of Rural Kindergarten Principals in China

Abstract:In order to understand the status quo of professional quality of rural kindergarten principals in China,and find the key problems in rural principals that need to be improved,the questionnaire is designed to investigate 386 rural kindergarten principals. The result shows: (1) The educational background of the rural principals is basically up to the standard,their professional background is in good condition,they lack of preposition working experience and the training they received need to be improved. (2) The performance of rural principals varies in different dimensions of the professional quality. (3) The professional quality of the rural principals in the West and Midlands is significantly lower than those in the eastern region. Finally suggestions are proposed to enhance the professional quality of rural principals in accordance with the existing problems.
