完善股权众筹投资者保护机制

近几年来，股权众筹在我国迅速发展壮大，其作为一种新型股权融资方式，主要定位于初创型、小微型企业的直接融资。股权众筹不仅给我国小微企业融资难的问题提供一条崭新的道路，还有利于激发我国的市场活力。但是股权众筹在带来便利的同时，也带来了很多问题，其中最主要的就是投资者利益保护问题。虽然目前我国也出台了一些规定，但是该规定并不完善，在实践中也经常发生投资者遭受欺诈的现象。因此股权众筹应当以保护投资者为中心，为此应当借鉴国外立法的成功经验，并结合自身国情，建立适用于我国的完善的投资者保护机制。
