| Abstract: | China''s traditional handicrafts resources are very rich. Regional characteristics are also very obvious, and it is fully necessary to protect and inherit these excellent traditional culture. Peasant painting is the most distinctive regional business card and sign in Huxian county, Shaanxi Province. Huxian peasant painting is a traditional handicraft art in Guanzhong area with some appreciative value of arts, which appeared in the 1950s through several historical periods, such as Great Leap Forward, the Great Cultural Revolution and the Reform and Opening-up Policy Time. In the economic globalization and the development of socialist market economy, the developing and protecting Huxian peasant painting has important significance for other traditional arts and crafts. This paper makes Huxian peasant painting as an example, which helps readers to analyze the general condition and current development of Huxian peasant painting through researching and collecting relevant information. Finally, this paper will put forward the solutions and feasible suggestions to deal with the problems of the developing process. |
