陕西省民间金融现状分析与对策研究

在国家金融体制改革战略下，民间金融的开放发展与中央的文件精神保持了高度统一性，民间金融成为当前普惠金融中最受关注的金融形态。目前陕西省发展民间金融存在法制体系不健全；民间金融机构规模偏小，吸收民间资金能力不强；互联网金融政策支持不给力，监管不到位的问题，本文对陕西省民间金融现阶段的发展提出了对策建议。

Analysis and Countermeasures on the Private Financial Development in Shaanxi Province

With the national financial system reform processing, the development of the private finance has been unified with the policies made by central government. At present, the existing legal system of the private financial development in Shaanxi province is not perfect; the size of civil financial institutions is too small to absorb numerous private capitals; and the internet financial monitoring policy is not clear. Therefore, this paper gives regulations, countermeasures and suggestions to the private financial development in Shaanxi Province at the present stage.
