跨国企业女性CEO的特质研究

摘    要:近年来,中国女性成为高管的比例不断上升,但是仍然存在着无形的障碍限制女性升迁到公司的高级管理层.通过对女性成为大型跨国企业首席执行官的特质的分析发现,中国企业要改变男性控制管理层的企业文化,挑选、培养具有领导潜力的女性员工;在企业内部实现性别多样性,合理运用女性的性格优势,并在企业内部建立女性高层标准.

Abstract:The number of female executives has been increasing in China in recent years. However, invisible obstacles still limit the promotion of females to the top-management. The analysis of the traits of female CEO in multinational corporations shows that it is nec essary for China's enterprises to innvovate the corporate culture which has been controlled by the males, to select and cultivate the females with leadership potentials. Furthermore, gender diversity should be realized, the character advantage of females should be taken rationally, and a standard for senior female executives must be established in the enterprises.
