| 摘 要： | 随着延边地区经济体制的转轨,经济总量跨越式增加,固定资产投资规模不断扩大,投资对国民经济的拉动作用越来越明显.从1990年至201 2年延边固定资产投资和GDP数据资料来看,固定资产投资对延边地区经济增长有积极影响,但也存在一定的问题,因此应加速政府职能转变,明确固定资产投资方向;优化固定资产投资产业结构;加大财政支持力度.统筹城乡固定资产投资结构;促进民营经济发展,完善固定资产投资的所有制结构;优化投资主体,开辟多渠道固定资产投资来源.

| Abstract: | Data of investment in fixed assets （IFA） and GDP from 1990 to 2012 show that IFA has played an active role in the economic growth of Yanbian though some problems still exist. Therefore, it is necessary to quicken the transformation of government functions and define the goal of IFA, to optimize the industrial structure of IFA, to make the over- all planning of the investment structure in both urban and rural areas, to perfect the pat- tern of ownership of IFA, and to widen various channels to attract more investment in fixed assets. |
