| 摘 要： | 邓小平人才思想是在对人才的重要作用和地位正确认识的基础上,对人才质量标准、选拔使用、培养提高等方面形成一套科学的用人机制,从而在全党确立了正确的人才观。邓小平人才思想是毛泽东人才思想的继承和发展,体现了我国社会主义新时期对人才培养质量标准的总要求。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on talents,based on the correct understanding about the importance of the function and position of talents,has evolved into a scientific mechanism for making use of personnel with regard to quality criteria for talents,selection and use of talents,and their training and improvement.It not only carries out and develops Mao Zedong's thoughts on talents,but reflects the general requirement for quality standard of talents' training in the new period of socialism in China. |
