| 摘 要： | 中共十六届四中全会提出和谐社会的发展观,指出构建和谐社会已经成为中国共产党执政的重要任务,和谐社会的建设已经成为中国共产党依法执政、民主执政的重要目标,也是当前全国人民力争实现并必须为之付出努力的历史任务。和谐社会的建立必须落实在科学发展观的基础上,建立科学的、符合社会道德要求的发展观是建立和谐社会的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The development ideology of harmonious society was put forward at the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Congress,which points out that building harmonious society has become the main task and main aim of CPC's reign in legal and democratic way,and is also the historical task for the people to go all out to realize.Building harmonious society must be on the basis of scientific development ideology.The development ideology satisfying scientific and moral norm is an important theme of building harmonious society. |
