| Abstract: | Although it is a general trend to charge tuition and fees for postgraduates education, the charging of tuition and fees for postgraduates education has defects in terms of theory and practice. The problems such as the scientific calculation of education cost, the proportion and actual amount charged, the tuition and financial aid, all have their influences on the favorable development of postgraduates education. |
