| 摘 要： | 严重的留守未成年子女犯罪问题已经引起社会各界广泛关注,留守未成年子女犯罪是个体、家庭和社会多方因素综合作用的结果,这就决定了要预防留守未成年子女犯罪,不仅需要完善家庭教育和学校课程设置,还必须加强立法、司法和执法等一系列法律制度的构建,从而建立起适用于留守未成年子女犯罪的社会综合防治体系。

| Abstract: | Circles concerned have paid great attention to the serious juvenile delinquency in China as more and more crimes are committed by children ＂left at home＂.Family education and social environment usually shape a child＇s outlook on life and sometimes determines what the child does.Therefore,it is of great importance to perfect family education and school curriculum,especially relevant legislation,jurisdiction and law enforcement so as to establish a comprehensive system suitable to prevent crimes committed by children ＂left at home＂. |
