Wang Shao was a great strategist and statesman during the rein of Emperor Shen in Song Dynasty,who rendered illustrious merits in the course of conquering an d developing Xihe area.He proposed i n his Ping Rong Ce some principles on h ow to handle na-tional relationship,namely,enlis tment by favor and faith,assimilation into Han Culture,equal treatment ,multi -national community and mutual learning,and economic development,which is still significant in contemporary society.Additio nally,this essay also adds five articles to Wang Shao' s collection in Quan Song Wen.
