| 摘 要： | 地方工科本科院校人才培养模式改革，要充分结合高等教育宏观背景和高等工程教育改革的总体趋势，参照区域经济与社会发展的基准，以区域经济对人才的需求为依据，以培养创新型应用型工程人才为根本，加强对人才培养观念、定位、模式等的改革与创新，在教学实践中全方位进行改革。

| Abstract: | The reform of talent-cultivating mode in local engineering universities of undergraduates should fully consider the general background of higher education and higher engineering education reform, referring to the data of regional economy and social development. Based on the talent demands of regional economy, oriented to cultivating applied talents, emphasis is put on the conception of talent cultivation, the location and mode of training, the reform and innovation in teaching practice. |
