论高校教师的师德建设

阐述了师德建设的内涵，分析了师德建设存在的问题与困惑，提出了在科学发展观指导下师德建设的对策思考，认为必须提升高等教育的质量和教师队伍素质，树立教师的政治、责任、诚信和创新等意识，确立以人为本、以学生为本、师生平等的思想观念，克服功利化倾向，增强敬业精神，提高道德素养，以科学发展观为引领，求真务实，改革创新，把师德建设落到实处。

Discussion on the College Teachers' Morality Construction

The connotation of teachers＇morality is interpreted. The problems and confusions about teachers＇ morality construction are analyzed. It is proposed to improve the higher educational quality, the faculty quality, and establish the teachers＇ sense of politics, responsibility, integrity and innovation in the context of scientific outlook on development. Such ideas like human-orientation, student-orientation, and student-and teacher equality should be put into practice in the innovation and construction of teachers＇ morality.
