高等职业教育实施素质教育的几点思考

目前,素质教育是许多高等职业院校定位的办学指导思想之一。高等职业教育实施素质教育的基本前提是树立科学的教育观,关键环节是提高教师技术应用能力,主要途径是全员全方位营造和谐校园氛围的同时,加强教风建设和课程教学改革;高等职业教育实施素质教育的根本目的,就是在传授必要的知识与技能的基础上,培养学生的职业核心能力,如自我学习、信息处理、创新思维、与人和谐相处、与人交流、与人合作和解决问题等,从而使学生的职业生涯可持续发展。

Thoughts on Application of Quality Education in Higher Vocational School

Quality education is one of the guiding ideology for higher vocational schools.The author holds that the precondition for that is to establish scientific view of education and the crucial steps is to improve the technical application ability.This will be achieved through strengthening favorable teaching atmosphere while creating all-round harmoniousenvironment on campus by staff.It points out that the ultimate goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate students'essential occupation ability such as self learning,information management,creative think-ing,good relationship with others,ability to communicate,cooperate and solve problems and so on for their susta-inable career development.
