| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育发展战略的实施,研究生招生规模有了跨跃式发展,高校的研究生管理模式发生了新的变化,工作重心逐渐由学校向学院转移。探讨了在二级管理制度的基础上,建立研究生教育管理学校—学院（系）—学科三级管理体制,可以充分发挥学院、学科在研究生管理,规范研究生招生、培养、学籍、思想政治、导师遴选与档案等方面管理上所起的作用。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of higher education developmental strategy in our country,the postgraduate enrolment has grown rapidly and the pattern of management has been in a new change in that the center of management is shifted to the second-level college gradually.In this paper,based on the second-level control system,the third-level management system is established,which plays an active rde in postgraduate management,recruiting,edcuation,school registration and ideological work. |
