| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员是我党新生力量的重要来源。学生党员的质量对我党的建设和发展至关重要。从部分大学生党员的入党动机、理想信念、价值观念以及管理几方面剖析了目前高校学生党建工作中存在的问题及原因，提出了把好学生党员发展关、教育关和管理关等对策，以保证高校学生党员的质量，保持共产党员的先进性。
