| 摘 要： | 利用问卷调查法和访谈法,从居民对社区卫生服务的知晓情况、利用程度和满意程度几个方面出发考察了南京市社区卫生服务的成效。结果发现,南京市社区卫生服务的实施情况基本良好,但在社区卫生服务的宣传方面、服务项目方面、人员配备方面和转诊制度方面都有待于进一步加强和完善。

| Abstract: | The achievements of urban community health service in Nanjing were studied.The awareness,utilization and satisfaction of residents about community health service were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results show that the implementation of community health services in Nanjing is basically good,but problems in publicity,items,staff and referral system in community health service need to be solved. |
