少数民族地区双语司法探析

近年来，新疆、西藏等少数民族地区各种形式的双语案件有所增长。双语司法在少数民族地区的应用和推广不仅反映了少数民族地区司法活动的现实需要，而且也体现了双语司法工作在少数民族地区的活力。国际法、我国宪法和三大诉讼法及民族区域自治法等政策法规是双语司法活动的法律和实践基础。双语司法有利于保护各民族当事人的合法权益，体现司法的正义。

An Analysis of Bilingual Judicature in Minority Nationality Areas

In recent years, bilingual cases in various forms have increased in Xinjiang and Tibet. The application of bilingual judica- ture in minority nationality areas not only meets the requirements of real judicature activities in these areas, but also embodies the vigor of these activities. International Law, the Constitution of the PRC, the three Procedural Laws and Law of Regional Autonomy of Ethnic Minorities are the legal and practical foundation of bilingual judicatory activities. The bilingual judicature is good for protecting the legal rights of the clients of all nationalities and realizes the judicatory justice.
