| 摘 要： | 以企业理论的3个基本问题为主线,从经济学和管理学2个方面阐述了劳动分工理论、新古典企业理论、企业家理论与管理者理论、企业契约理论、利益相关者理论、能力理论和知识理论。并以这些企业理论中的某些重要论点解释了中小企业的存在和发展,从而说明了企业理论为中小企业理论的构建起了基础性作用。

| Abstract: | Around the three basic problems of firm theory, almost all kinds of firm theories, including labor division theory, neoclassical firm theory, entrepreneur theory, manager theory, contract theory, stakeholder theory, ability theory and knowledge theory, are expounded in the economic and managerial point of view. Then, the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are interpreted by some important theses of those firm theories, on the basis of which the theory of small and medium-sized enterprises has been formed. |
