关于“立党风、带校风、树学风”调查与思考

高校的党风建设事关高校能否科学高效地落实党的教育方针政策，事关各个高校能否把握中国特色社会主义建设的发展方向，事关高校能否培养出真正合格的中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，事关高校校风、教风、学风的建设能否应对新时期新阶段新形势的挑战。文章通过对党风、校风、教风、学风情况进行调查统计分析，认为“强管理、立党风、育校风、优教风、正学风”是高校“立党风、带校风、树学风”的现实有效路径，是吉林师范大学实现“建设特色鲜明、多学科协调发展的高层次高水平师范大学”的突破口。

On the Investigation and Thinking of Forming Party Conduct and Driving School Spirit and Setting up Style of Study

It is very important for colleges and universities to conduct a good party. Because it is related to the scientific and efficient to implement the party’s education policy, and related to various colleges and universi-ties,which can grasp the development direction Chinese socialist construction, and related to the ability to cultivate builders and successors of the real qualified Chinese characteristics of socialism, and related to university spirit for the construction of the teaching and learning,which can deal with the challenges of the new stage of the new situa-tion in the new period. The article analyses my school’s situation, school spirit and style of teaching and learning, the present situation investigation and statistics. The author considers it is a good path to strong management, legis-lation, education, party spirit and teaching style, and it is a breakthrough in our implementation of constructing of a characteristic, multidisciplinary coordinated development of the high-level normal university.
