论保持共产党员先进性与中国高校新发展

党的先进性具有四个方面的基本特征:一是时代性,二是实践性,三是层次性,四是历史性。高校是培养高素质人才的摇篮,是科技进步的重要阵地,是精神文明建设的重要基地。高校的每一位共产党员,都应当以一种高度的使命感、责任感和紧迫感来认真思考怎样把坚持党的先进性落实到实践中,落实到推动学校发展上,切实发挥自己的先锋模范作用,做到不负重托,不辱使命。

New Development of Chinese Universities and Keeping the Advanced Nature of CPC

There are four basic features in keeping the advanced nature of CPC: keeping up with the time,easy to practice,suitable for different levels,and historically significant.Universities are the cradle to nurture high quality talents,and the basis for scientific and technological progress and for the construction of ideological well-being.Nowadays,the proportion of the Party members among universities is much higher than that of the country level.Therefore,each Party member of universities ought to have a strong sense of mission,of responsibility,and of pressure so that to conscientiously ponder how to put into effect the advanced nature,to push universities to further development,and to live up to the grand mission of CPC.
