摘    要:人事档案作为档案中的一个重要门类,在档案管理的改革中相对滞后.为改变这种状况,首先应从人事档案的归档内容、材料分类及整理方式等方面进行改革,以便于人事档案的利用、查阅和进行计算机管理.最重要的改革是人事档案管理体制的改革,同时提出了建立一个社会性的、较完善的人事档案网络信息体系,来解决人档分离等问题,以适应社会发展的需要.

Abstract:The personnel file, as an important aspect of file management, relatively lags in the reform of file management. In order to change this kind of situation, Firstly the filing contents of the personnel file, the classification of the material and the order way of files should be changed to help use, consult and computer management of the personnel file. The most important reform is personnel file management system reform in the reform of personnel file management, and it is quite necessary to establish a socialization, perfect network information system of personnel file in order to resolve the problems of people separateness from their files and to meet the demand of social development.
