西部地区经济发展方式转变测评与路径选择——以新疆为例

加快转变经济发展方式是我国经济社会领域的一场深刻变革,西部地区经济发展方式的转变对我国全面建设小康社会和实现区域协调发展具有重要的意义。文章立足于西部地区经济社会发展实际,基于西部地区经济发展方式转变的内涵,构建西部地区经济发展方式转变测评指标体系,并以新疆为例,运用指标体系测评新疆经济发展方式转变的程度,最后基于测算结果提出加快新疆经济发展方式转变的路径。

Evaluation on Transition of Economic Development Mode of West Regions in China and Its Route Choice--Take Xinjiang for Example

The acceleration of transformation of economic development mode is a fundamental profound reform in fields of Chinese economy and society. The transition of economic development mode of West Regions is of great importance to China which is pursuing to realize the overall construction of comparatively Well-off Society and the harmonious development of regional economy. Based on the facts of economy and society and connotation of the transition in Western regions, this paper builds up an evaluation system for the transition of west regions, and takes Xinjiang as an example, estimates the degree of economic transition in Xinjiang, and proposes the route choice of economic development of Xinjiang according to the result of evaluation system.
