| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法,探讨了大学生的主观幸福感与其成就动机之间的关系,结果表明:大学生的主观幸福感没有性别差异;大学生的成就动机存在显著的性别差异,来自不同家庭背景的大学生在成就动机上表现出明显的差异;成就动机与大学生主观幸福感之间存在着显著的负相关.

| Abstract: | Through a questionnaire,the present paper explores the relationship between achievement motivation and subjective well-being (SWB) of college students.The results are shown as follows:Gender does not matter when it comes to SWB;Gender and family backgrounds do count remarkably in terms of achievement motivation;Achievement motivation is inversely proportional to subjective well-being. |
