建筑业伙伴关系模式及其制度规制研究

伙伴关系模式组织是一种介于企业和市场的中间组织形态，主要依靠伙伴协议方式进行制约和协调，项目内外环境的不确定性和伙伴组织的脆弱性使得项目伙伴关系模式更加依赖伙伴成员间的相互信任来保障伙伴关系模式的稳定运作。从社会资本角度分析了构建伙伴关系模式的动因，系统分析了伙伴关系模式的内涵、组织特征，在此基础上对伙伴关系模式中信任理论作了分析，提出实施伙伴管理模式需要的制度安排。
