| Abstract: | The article mainly expounds the basic thought and concrete plan on the Law on the Guarantee of Rights and Interests of Women. It should be depended on the state, society and individual to fully realize women's rights and interests. The amendment should embody the spirit of safeguarding women's special right and also offer some measures to perfect women's rights and interests. |
