图书馆个性化服务用户需求信息的深层挖掘分析

摘    要:针对图书馆个性化服务中用户需求信息的深层挖掘问题,分析了图书馆个性化服务过程中用户需求明显信息和隐含信息两种体现方式,其中明显信息包括用户的注册及定制信息和反馈服务信息;隐含信息是指在Web访问记录中用户的隐藏需求信息。根据不同体现方式的用户需求信息,提出了数据库统计、Web数据挖掘、反馈互动评价三种深层挖掘用户需求信息的方法,其中以挖掘实例重点介绍了Web数据挖掘方法,并对这三种方法进行了比较,为在图书馆个性化服务中建立一个综合有效的用户需求信息挖掘系统提供了参考。

Abstract:In view of how to deeply seek out the user's demand information in the library-provided personalized services,both the visual information on user's demand and the implied information on user's demand are analyzed.It is thought that the visual information includes such information as the user's registration-related information,customization-related information and service-feedback information;and the implied information refers to the user's Web-based records.It is suggested that date base statistics,web data obtainment,feedback and exchange visits be employed to obtain user's demand information;focuses be placed on the way of Web data obtainment;a comparison between these three methods be made in order to provide a consult for libraries to personalize their services and build a comprehensive and effective user's demand information obtainment system.
