| 摘 要： | 以显示比较优势系数（RCA）作为反映国际竞争力的核心指标，以外包指数和市场集中度为解释变量，实证分析了外包对中国软件产业国际竞争力的影响。实证结果表明，外包对中国软件产业的发展有显著的促进作用。论文还以实证分析的结论为依据，提出了加强软件开发能力、提高软件产业集中度等政策建议。
