| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,为坚持持久抗战,晋察冀边区党和政府推行减租减息以解决农民土地问题,逐步完善农村负担政策以解决农民负担过重问题,实施一系列兴农政策以振兴农业,大力发展合作事业以繁荣农村手工业和家庭副业.通过上述一系列"三农"政策,晋察冀边区农民生活得到改善,农业得以恢复和发展,农村经济日渐繁荣,这为抗日战争的胜利奠定了坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | During the War of Anti-Japanese,in order to hold out for long,the Party and government in Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region reduced rent and interest for the purpose of resolving the problem of the farmer land,gradually perfected burden policy to ease the overweight load on farmers,carried out a series of favorable agriculture policies to develop the agriculture,and encouraged the cooperation business strongly to prosper the village handicraft industry and family sidelines.Owing to the above-mentioned measures,the living level of farmers in Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region was improved,the agriculture recovered and developed,the village economy gradually prospered.Thus,the solid foundation of victory was established. |
