浅析上江文化对泰州的影响

文化是一种社会现象,它是人们长期创造形成的产物.从历史维度看,传统文化是一种社会历史积淀;从地域维度看,传统文化是由不同地域文化相互交融而构成的产物.泰州有着特殊的区位环境--处于吴越文化、楚汉文化的交汇点;有一个特殊的社会变迁和积淀过程--多次接纳外地人口的迁移,所以,泰州区域文化的形成主要受吴楚南北文化的影响.但由于泰州历史上处于长江的最下游,且泰州一直是发达而平安的地区,所以,泰州在接受南北文化影响的同时,也受到了上江文化的重要影响.

On Influence of Cultures in Upper Yangtze River upon Taizhou

Culture,as a social phenomenon,is a product of people's creation activities over a long period.In historical dimension,traditional culture is the social historical accumulation;in regional dimension,it is the product of fusion of different regional cultures.Taizhou is a place with a special regional environment at the joint of Wu-Yue and Chu-Han cultures,and also with a specific social change and accumulation process as a place to adapt migrants.In this way,Taizhou culture came into being mainly under the influence of the cultures of both Wu,on its south,and Chu,on its north.Meanwhile,however,being in the lowest reaches of Yangtze River and a developed and peaceful area,Taizhou was also heavily influenced by cultures from upper reaches of Yangtze River.
