| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务的高速发展，物流企业面临着新的挑战和新的机遇。传统物流运营模式难以适应当前电子商务的新要求。本文系统分析了不同类型电子商务模式中运营和物流的相互联系，总结了不同模式电子商务对物流服务的新需求。据此，本文提出了电子商务物流企业进行服务创新的维度分析方法，并结合相关案例进行深入探讨。

| Abstract: | With the fast-growing e-commerce industry, third party logistics （3PL） companie,~ have to confront with new challenges and potential opportunities. Consequentiy, traditional operation models for 3PL firms are unable to satisfy customers in the e-commerce era. This paper presents the relationship between logistics firm and e-commerce firm＇ s operations process in detail, and inspects the new requirements on logistics services in e-commerce era. Furthermore, it shows how the 3PL firms design the innovation service model in practice, and also offers relative case study for reference. |
