| 摘 要： | GDP在反映经济发展和社会福利水平方面发挥着重要作用,然而GDP不能完全涵盖反映社会福利的所有指标,需要对居民福利水平进行综合评价。借鉴社会福利的相关研究,构建城镇居民福利水平指标体系,从时间序列上（2000—2008年）对辽宁城镇居民福利水平进行系统评价,力图探求影响居民福利水平的关键因素,为提高居民福利水平提供科学依据。
