略论教职工思想政治教育的心理机制

摘    要:
学校是育人的场所,教职工思想政治教育理所当然应格外加强,要努力从教职工的心理接受机制着手:如从物质与精神上满足教职工的需要;从尊重个性、发挥专长方面促教职工的内化;以理解、尊重、关怀、信任的情境设置调动教职工的情感;根据社会需要引导教职工的自我教育。

Abstract:
To strenthen the teaching and administrative staff's ideological and political education,we should,starting with their psychological reception mechanism,take proper measures.These measures are as follows:to satisfy the needs of the teaching and administrative staff materially and spiritually;to promote their internalization by respecting their personality and giving play to their special skills or knowledge;to arouse their feelings by means of understanding ,respect,concern and trust;and to give them proper guidance in their self-education.
