| 摘 要： | 高等教育伴随着社会的发展和体制的改革,正由精英教育向大众化教育迈进,过去精英教育的人才培养模式已不再适应大众化教育人才培养模式。本文结合材料学院的专业特点,就建立新时期材料学院人才培养的模式谈几点想法。
