| 摘 要： | 人本思想是科学发展观的核心,是一切工作的根本理念.高校学生工作必须坚持以人为本,以学生为中心,贴近学生,了解学生,尊重学生的个性特征.学生工作的各项措施都要围绕学生进行,充分调动他们的积极性、主动性和创造性,把学生成人成才和全面发展作为工作的根本出发点和终极价值所在.

| Abstract: | People-oriented thinking is one of the core scientific development concept,is the fundamental concept of all work.Students work in colleges and universities must adhere to the people-oriented,student-centred,close to students,students to understand and respect the individuality of students. The student works should always implement people-oriented thinking,the measures must focus on the students, and fully mobilize students enthusiasm,initiative and creativity, to the overall development of students and adults as students work through the fundamental starting point and ultimate value lies. |
