背景知识对英语听力理解的影响——一项基于图式理论的实证研究

摘    要:运用图式理论,通过问卷调查及教学实验分析论证背景知识对英语专业学生听力理解的影响,指出背景知识对学生听力理解的作用主要表现在“自上而下”的听力理解方式和不同题型对学生听力理解水平的影响,并强调在听力教学中应培养学生建立、完善图式,有效地使用听力策略。

Abstract:Through a questionnaire and the teaching experiments, the paper analyzes the effects of background knowledge on English majors" listening comprehension, pointing out that the effects are mainly reflected in "top-down processing" and the students" listening comprehension is at the same time affected by different question types. The paper also emphasizes the importance of the establishing and improving schemata, and the importance of efficiently applying hstening strategies.
