摘    要:为了更好地研究在高速金属切削过程中出现的锯齿形切屑的形成机理,以ABAQUS/Explicit软件为平台,利用 有限元方法对AISI1045的高速切削过程进行了建模与仿真,建立了分离线模型,利用拉格朗日网格划分方法对模型进 行了网格划分,实现了仿真功能,获得了在锯齿形切屑形成的过程中,应力、温度、切削力和总能量随时间变化情况的数 据。在此基础上,以绝热剪切理论为基础分析了锯齿形切屑的形成机理。研究表明,在应力和温度图中,有明显的绝热 剪切带,说明了用绝热剪切理论分析高速切削塑性材料的可行性;锯齿形上升的总能量图说明了加工过程是一个有规律 的振动的过程;切削力的波动图说明了切削振动的频率过大。

Abstract:For better understanding the formation mechanism of serrated chip in high speed cutting, ABAQUS/Explicit software was used as a platform and the high speed cutting process of AISI1045 was modeled and simulated by FEM. The simulation was realized by building up the separate-line model and meshing the model with Lagrange method. and the data of stress, temperature , cutting force and total energy varying with the time were obtained in the formation of serrated chip. The mechanism of serrated chip formation in high speed cutting was studied on the basis of these results. The study shows that the clear adiabatic shear bandings are found in the figures about stress and temperature, indicating the practicability of adiabatic shear theory. The figure about total energy which rises in a sharp of serrated formation illustrates the cutting process is a regularly vibrated process, and the figure of cutting force shows the high frequency of vibration in the cutting process.
