加入WTO后的失业问题及其对策

 统计资料表明：失业这个世界性的难题，在我国自1993年以来已渐成上升之势，已引起了中央政府的高度重视和全社会的广泛关注，并采取了一系列行之有效的措施，取得了显著成效。加入WTO后，随着关税的进一步降低，大量外国资本、商品的涌进，势必会对艰难改革中的国有企业形成较大的冲击，可能会造成大量的工人下岗失业，入世后5年的经济调整期又适逢“十五”期间劳动力增长的高峰期。这会不会时本已严峻的就业形势更加严峻呢？这无疑成为国人关注的焦点之一。
