| 摘 要： | 城市土地收购储备制度是近几年出现的一种政府干预与土地市场相结合配置土地资源的创新机制。城市土地收购储备制度的运行对城市土地资源配置效率产生了积极的影响。文章从经济学角度对城市土地收购储备运行状况进行分析,进而提出了加强政府宏观调控、完善城市土地收购储备制度的建议。

| Abstract: | The storage system of urban land acquisition is a creative system which combines government with land market. This system has a positive effect on the allocation of urban land resources. On the analysis of the storage operation of urban land acquisition from the economic angle, the paper suggests installment of the governmental macro-control and improvement on storage system of urban land acquisition. |
