| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of six limitations of the maximum shareholder's fortune, this article expounds the connotation of the maximum capital value. It also elaborates the reasons for choosing the financial target of the maximum capital value from four aspects including inevitability, possibility, extensity and flexibility. |
