| 摘 要： | 民营金融的产生和发展是浙江当地经济的市场深化所引致的结果，目前其已成长为浙江金融界的一支重要组成力量，并对金融深化起到积极的促进作用。为实现民营金融的良性发展，需要解除对民营金融的压制，为其创造一种适宜的制度环境。

| Abstract: | The emergence and development of privately\|managed financial institutions is a direct result of the development of economy and market in Zhejiang province. These institutions have now become an important force in the Zhejiang financial sector and are playing an important role in the reform of financial system in the province. To enable efficient development of those privately\|owned financial institutions, it seems extremely necessary to remove suppressive measures so as to create a better institutional environment for their growth. |
