| 摘 要： | 从建国以来山西竞技体育在9届全国运动会上取得的综合成绩来看,可以得出山西竞技体育实力排名处于全国中上游地位的结论。但是,在我国参加的6届奥运会上山西竞技体育在个人项目上至今还未获得一枚奥运金牌,以地方竞技体育对我国奥运金牌的贡献率来衡量,山西竞技体育根本无法与我国东部体育强省相比,与西北部分体育弱省同处全国下游地位。山西竞技体育当务之急首先应科学、客观地评价山西竞技体育的实力现状,解决制约山西竞技体育发展的主要问题和原因,制定以北京奥运为中心的竞技体育发展战略。尽快调整项目设置;聘请国内外金牌教练来保证重点夺金项目;加强科研团队建设来提高重点项目的科学化训练水平;建立体教结合的运动员培养新模式;加强竞技体育战略情报的收集与研究;完善奥运夺金项目人力资源的整合与配置。力争在2008年北京奥运会上实现个人项目金牌零的突破。

| Abstract: | By using documentary,experts-interviewing,and statistical methods,this paper makes a scientific analysis and an objective evaluation of the present situation of competitive sport strength in Shanxi province.It shows the main factors which restrain the development of Shanxi competitive sports at present,and puts forward the concrete strategies to make Shanxi players win the first gold medal in 2008 Beijing Olympic games. |
