| 摘 要： | 高校对学生考试违纪处分的依据——实体规则与具体处分程序都尚存缺陷。为推进高校学生管理的法治化,在学生考试作弊处分中可引入高校校规核准制度、建立处分听证制度、完善申诉程序等方式。

| Abstract: | With regards to punishing the college students who cheat in examinations there remain controversies about regulations as regulation lack substantive rules and specific procedures. To promote the lawful management of College students, when punishing the students who cheat in examinations we should intro- duce the approval system into colleges and universities＇ regulations, establish hearing system, improve the appeal process and etc. |
