| 摘 要： | 关于人与自然关系存在三种理论,即“极端的人类中心论”、“极端的自然论”和“人与自然和谐共处论”。马克思主义哲学、法的正义价值、传统自然法三大理论都要求和支持“人与自然和谐共处论”,同时强调这种和谐共处是在以人为本前提下的和谐共处。

| Abstract: | There are three theories on the relationship between man and nature : "Extreme Human Center Theory ," " Extreme Nature Theory," and " Theory of Co Existence between Man and Nature." The three major theories, Marxist philosophy, legal just value, and traditional natural law, all ask for and support "Theory of Co Existence between Man and Nature," and they also stress that such a co existence is based on the premises of human orientation. |
