低频压电马达驱动理论的基础研究及分析

摘    要:本文阐述的是一种新型的在30Hz~150Hz的振动频率进行驱动下的低频压电马达,它与现已成功开发并获得应用的超声波马达一样,都是利用振动驱动转子工作的。仅改变使用的振动频率,使该马达可以在常用电源50Hz下进行工作,不用另配专用电源,使整个系统的构成更加简单。目前国内尚未发现相同报道,这种新型驱动的压电马达理论的提出对压电马达的研究具有重要的意义。

Abstract:This article is about a new lowfrequency piezoelectric motor drive by vibration fre quency in 30Hz - 150Hz, and it is the same as ultrasonic motor that has been successfully de veloped and obtain application. It is all use of vibration drive rotor work. Only change the fre quency of the vibration, can it make the motor work under the power of 50Hz. It save the spe cial power supply compare with others. Make the whole system structure more simple. At pres ent have not yet found the same reports, this new type of piezoelectric motor driver for future theory of piezoelectric motor research has the vital significance.
