绿色技术创新与经济可持续发展的宏观作用机制

绿色技术创新是一个由绿色 R&D 到生产或应用再到扩散的过程，属于广义的绿色技术创新范畴。绿色技术创新与经济可持续发展作用机制的研究已成为理论界普遍关注的领域之一。本文从绿色技术创新过程剖析二者之间的宏观作用机制，认为正确分析绿色技术创新的信息传递机制、主体行为特征和技术特征，是把握绿色技术创新与经济可持续发展的宏观作用机制的关键；从而提出在制定绿色科技政策时，应注重信息传递机制、绿色企业竞争、末端技术与生产过程以及政策工具的组合协调。

The Correlation between Innovation of Environmentally Sound Technology and Sustainable Economic Development

Correlation between economic sustainable development and environmentally sound technology is the focus of researcher's attention. Although great achievements in this domain of research have been made, the correlation remains to be explored at home and abroad, which will be discussed in this paper. We think that the key to give a clear explanation of correlation is to expound the characteristics of information transfer, behavior and technology in innovation of environmentally sound technology Portfolio of information transfer, firm competition, end-pipe technology and product process and policy instruments should be given more attention in the policy making.
