Research and Practice of a Guiding System for College Student Career Planning based on Ability Training

The key to solving the problem of employment of college students is to improve their employability,and the estab-lishment of competency-based career guidance system helps to cultivate their employability on campus.Based on the experience of career planning and employment guidance of college students in developed countries,and combined with literature review, recruitment requirements and career interview,this paper explores the basic composition of employability of college students, including teamwork,communication skills,problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills.Centered on employability train-ing,cultivation of the“ability-first”education idea,construction of high quality teaching staff and the competency-based train-ing courses,it is important for colleges to develop a systematic and efficient career planning guidance system.This system will play a leading role in improving the quality of employment.
