| 摘 要： | 随着高校的逐年扩招,我国大学毕业生的就业形势非常严峻。党的十七大报告指出以创业带动就业、使更多劳动者成为创业者。因此高校实施创业教育、改革课程体系已是迫在眉睫。培养学生的创业意识是创业教育系统工程的基础,商法教学的创新能激发学生的强烈致富欲望,有利于大学生自主创业意识的培养。

| Abstract: | The employment situation of our country university student is very rigorous with extension students year by year.The 17th reports of Communist Party of China point out that we should bring along employment by starting an undertaking and make more workers become entrepreneurs.So it is very urgency to implement the education of starting an undertaking,reform the course system in colleges and universities.Developing students' consciousness of starting an undertaking is a foundation to the system engineering.The innovation of the commercial law teaching can stir up the strong desire of undergraduates to create wealth,be advantageous to develop their independent entrepreneurial consciousness. |
